If the SPA reception is not manned, a telephone is available to connect you directly to the hotel reception. In high summer, we reserve the right to turn on the saunas later.
Please note that the sauna area is textile-free.
The Neumühle SPA label
SPA reception
Located at the entrance to the SPA area and open for you from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. If the SPA reception is not manned, a telephone is available to connect you directly to the hotel reception.
Treatment area & relaxation room
Out of consideration for all guests, we ask you to keep quiet in the entire treatment and relaxation area. Cell phones should be switched off and conversations kept quiet.
SPA changing rooms
You will find our changing rooms directly at the spa reception and near the pool area. Take your bathrobe with you from your room, use the spa on the day of departure for 35 euros per person and then change in our changing rooms.
SPA area & swimming pool
The entire SPA area is intended for relaxation, which is why we ask you to refrain from using your cell phone. We would also like to point out that smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted.
The use of all SPA facilities is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children.
Pets are not permitted anywhere in the SPA. Please do not enter the SPA in street shoes. Swimwear and showers are mandatory in the swimming pool area before use.
Fresh towels are available for you in the sauna and relaxation area. Please also note that our sauna area is a textile-free zone.
Fitness area on the upper floor
The fitness room is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. Access to the fitness room is only permitted for children under adult supervision. Use of the equipment is at your own risk and no liability is accepted. Suitable sports shoes (not street shoes) must be used for the equipment.
