The gourmet cuisine invites you to embark on a journey of taste that is full of surprises. With this in mind, our Oven Room at the Neumühle Resort & SPA offers an equally varied experience. In the afternoon, this cozy and historic-looking room is transformed into a little paradise for lovers of coffee and cake. Here we serve you homemade cakes and fine coffee specialties. The oven room, with its antique furniture and impressive wood carvings, offers the perfect setting for an enjoyable break.

For dinner the Ofenzimmer undergoes another transformation and presents itself as an inviting restaurant for guests with dogs who want to enjoy culinary delights in a relaxed and pet-friendly atmosphere. Our kitchen team conjures up exquisite dishes that combine local ingredients with international influences and thus reflect the culinary philosophy of our hotel.

Late at night, the Ofenzimmer undergoes its final transformation and becomes the hotel bar, a meeting place for everyone. In this historic ambience, you can enjoy cocktails and be surprised by creations such as the Moscow Mule, exotic gin and tonics, champagne and fine distillates from the region. Taste your way through the range of local distillates from the renowned Bischof distillery from Wartmannsroth. Right on the doorstep of the Neumühle, Franziska Bischof, also known as “The Distiller”, celebrates her craft to absolute perfection. From fine liqueurs and fine brandies to whisky and gin from Franconia, the right distillate is available here for every occasion. Taste your way through the offerings of the Bischof distillery and if you can’t get enough, then the distillery in Wartmannsroth (the next day) can be reached quickly
