Is it possible to rent an e-bike?
With pleasure! Would you prefer a city bike or a mountain bike? We charge € 20.00 per day for a city bike or € 28.00 per day for a mountain bike. Our porter will be happy to accompany you to the bikes and give you instructions.
Can you recommend any beautiful hiking trails in the area?
Yes, you can go hiking in our area. You are welcome to use our digital concierge - Code2Order. Here you will find a wide variety of routes.
At what time can I move into my room?
Your room is available from 15.00 hrs. We are happy to offer you an early check-in from 1.00 pm, subject to availability. This is charged at € 40.00 per room.
By what time do I have to leave the room on departure?
We ask you to leave the room by 11.00 am on your day of departure. You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception and use our spa area after your check-out for € 35.00 per person. We are also happy to offer you a late check-out until 1.00 pm, subject to availability. This is charged at € 40.00 per room.
Is it possible to bring our dog with us?
We are happy to offer you and your four-legged companion one of our comfortable dog rooms. We charge € 25.00 per day for your animal companion.
What are the opening hours of your restaurant?
Our team will be happy to help you from 07.30 am. From 07.30 - 10.30 we offer
our extensive breakfast selection. From 12.00 - 16.30 we are happy to serve you from
our delicacies from our small snack menu, as well as a selection of fine, homemade
cakes. From 18:00 we serve you our à-la-carte dishes, which change seasonally.

At what times can we use the Spa & Fitness?
Our spa is open from 10.00 - 17.00 hrs. Our fitness area and the swimming pool are open for you from 07.00 - 22.00. The saunas are heated from 10.30 - 19.00.
Where can we find towels during our stay?
You will find our spa bag with sauna towel in the wardrobe in your room. Additional towels are also available for you in the swimming pool and sauna area.
Is the Neumühle Resort and SPA barrier-free?
No, the Neumühle Resort and SPA is not barrier-free. The hotel does not have any rooms or facilities specifically adapted for guests with reduced mobility and there is no elevator in the building. If you have any special needs or requirements, please contact us before booking to see how we can best help you.
What is the temperature of your swimming pool?
Our swimming pool is heated to 28°C for you.
Are there parking spaces and do they cost anything?
Of course we offer free parking directly at the hotel.
Is the use of the Internet free of charge?
The use of the Internet is free of charge for you.
How far away are the nearest train stations?
The nearest train station is in Hammelburg (5 min. by car), Bad Kissingen (23 min.) and Gemünden (22 min.). We also pick up our guests from Diebach free of charge!
What payment options are available?
All payment options are possible except for foreign currencies.
Can I charge my electric car with you?
In our parking lot there is an e-charging station with 4 charging columns with a maximum charging capacity of 22kWh, which are in the public grid.
Is it possible to deposit luggage after check-out?
We are happy to store your suitcases at reception, but our lockers in the wellness area also offer plenty of space.
Are the rooms quiet or is there traffic noise?
The Neumühle is located on a road with very little traffic, as it ends in the next village but one.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
The Neumühle only has non-smoking rooms. Smoking outside the rooms is of course permitted in designated areas.
