Our conference and seminar hotel in the Franconia / Bavaria region is located centrally located in the middle of Germany and is easy to reach from all directions. Around 60 km from the regional centers of Fulda and Würzburg, the hotel is just 10 minutes from the A7 motorway.

The right program for every event
A successful supporting program plays a major role in the organization of conferences and seminars. In order to offer you a wide variety of programs, we work together with various regional program partners. You have the choice between active, culinary or seasonal. The following supporting programs at our conference location are possible, for example:
Segway tour for small groups of 2 to 7 people, organized by Kisspark
The SEGWAY® tour takes place under the guidance of a trained guide in nearby Bad Kissingen and lasts around 2 to 2.5 hours. After a briefing on how the device works and how to ride it, participants begin their fast-paced ride around the Franconian Saale.
Wine tasting for 8 to 25 participants
The wine tasting begins after dinner in the oven room of our restaurant. Franconian and international wines are offered, which are individually coordinated with our restaurant manager Ilona Kiesel and the kitchen director Dirk Abel.
Winter magic in the run-up to Christmas
The supporting program of our conference hotel is particularly atmospheric in the pre-Christmas period. In the early evening, we offer you a non-guided torchlight walk of approx. 30 to 45 minutes around the Neumühle. Afterwards, all participants receive a delicious home-brewed mulled wine and gingerbread. An extraordinary highlight is the large, festively decorated Christmas tree in the courtyard.
Bike tour for up to 12 people
Depending on the group and schedule, tours of different lengths are possible; the shortest route is around 15 km. A short tour of around 40 minutes around the Neumühle mill, a tour to Gemünden am Main or an excursion along the Saale river are all possible. The routes up the Sodenberg or to the Trettstein waterfall near Gräfendorf are a little more challenging. You can hire the necessary mountain bikes from our hotel reception, as well as cycling maps of the region and GPS devices from Garmin.
A visit to the climbing forest in Schweinfurt, 45 km away
With an area of 10,500 m² and 230 climbing elements, the climbing forest at Schweinfurter Baggersee offers the most exercises in Europe. Over a climbing length of 3,000 m, including 1,000 m of ropeways, there are numerous courses for a wide range of abilities and requirements. In consultation with the operators of the climbing forest, it is also possible to put together an individual program.
Visit to the Bischof distillery in Wartmannsroth for groups of 8 to 25 people
In Wartmannsroth, participants learn exciting facts about the world of fine brandies and spirits. Finally, the trained brandy sommelier and distiller Franziska from the Bischof distillery gives an insight into her everyday life. Of course, visitors are also welcome to sample the products. You can choose between tasting brandies, Rhön whisky and gin from the region. The transfer is on your own or with local cab companies.
A kart race at the Steigerwald Motodrom in Gerolzhofen
In Gerolzhofen, around 60 km away, you and your team have the opportunity to prove your driving skills in a kart race. Team battles are recommended to strengthen the team spirit; the team with the best time emerges as the winner.

As a conference hotel, we work together with the Staufen-based agency Bitou, which can work with you to develop a company-specific supporting program for indoor or outdoor team building. We will be happy to put you in touch with them.
Is the Neumühle Resort and SPA barrier-free?
No, the Neumühle Resort and SPA is not barrier-free. The hotel does not have any rooms or facilities specifically adapted for guests with reduced mobility and there is no elevator in the building. If you have any special needs or requirements, please contact us before booking to see how we can best help you.
