“Redesign Your Life” Retreat at the 5-Star Neumühle Resort & SPA

The newly awarded 5-star Neumühle Resort & SPA is expanding its wellness offerings by hosting a retreat focused on burnout prevention. From July 20 to 25, 2025, guests can look forward to five days of deep reflection, personal growth, and inner peace as part of the “Redesign Your Life Retreat.” Participants will be guided and supported by three coaches: Saskia Roelandt, a transformation guide; Ben Bader, a coach for sustainable change; and Christoph Hoenig, a business coach and managing director of the Neumühle Resort & SPA. This life coaching retreat at one of Germany’s most exclusive hideaways takes participants on a profound and lasting journey of self-discovery, provides inspiration for a healthier lifestyle, and helps them find their own inner balance. The “Redesign Your Life Retreat” is accompanied by culinary delights from Executive Chef Dirk Abel, who combines excellent culinary craftsmanship with his expertise as a nutritionist. “The retreat takes a holistic approach that encompasses nutrition, health, exercise, and mental well-being, including work on limiting beliefs,” explains Christoph Hoenig. “We want to offer our guests not just a break, but actively support them in improving their quality of life in the long term.”

The three coaches open up three distinct yet closely interconnected areas of exploration and experience for the retreat participants.
