Julia Schäfer is the new spa manager

Julia Schäfer (27) is taking on the role of spa manager at the Neumühle Resort & SPA, which was recently awarded five stars. With fresh ideas and a palpable drive to innovate, she has already made her mark from the very start of her tenure—for example, by reorienting the day spa offerings and developing innovative retreat concepts. Schäfer has a solid educational background: After earning her certification as a state-certified esthetician, she successfully completed the Master Esthetician Program—crowned with the Master’s Award. She demonstrated her leadership qualities early on: at just 22 years old, she took on her first leadership role as junior manager of a spa area. Before joining Neumühle, she worked as a spa manager at a 4-star superior wellness hotel in the region.
