Advent calendar competition on Instagram

Organizer

The organizer is Neumühle Hotel- und Gaststätten Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Neumühle 54, 97797 Wartmannsroth (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

Eligibility to participate

Natural persons resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the operator, their relatives and persons involved in the design or implementation of the competition are excluded. Multiple entries (e.g. with several profiles) are not permitted. Participation is independent of the purchase of goods or services from the operator and is free of charge.

Participation period

The competition runs from 01.12.2025 (start: first published post) up to and including 24.12.2025. Comments/likes submitted after this period will not be taken into account in the draw.

Type of participation

For a valid entry, the respective Instagram post must be liked, the operator’s Instagram profile must be followed and a comment tagging at least one other person must be left. Multiple comments and likes with different accounts are not permitted.

Profit determination and notification

• The winners of the daily prizes will be drawn at random from all valid participants and announced the following day via direct message (Instagram) and publicly on social media.

• The winner of the grand prize (special prize draw on 24.12.) will be drawn from the pool of all participants who took part in all 24 days.

• The prize claim is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize (e.g. travel, incidental costs) shall be borne by the winner.

Data protection

Only the data required to determine the winner (e.g. Instagram user name, place of residence if applicable as part of the prize transfer) will be processed. Participation is voluntary. By participating, participants agree to the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. Data will not be passed on to third parties – except to service providers entrusted with the organization of the prize draw.

Legal process, exclusion and liability

Legal recourse is excluded. The operator reserves the right to exclude participants if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, abuse or violation of these conditions of participation. The operator may cancel the competition at any time without prior notice for technical or legal reasons.

Other

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
