Is it possible to rent an e-bike?

Very gladly! Can it be a city bike or a mountain bike? We charge €20.00 per day for a city bike or €28.00 per day for a mountain bike. Our porter will be happy to accompany you to the bikes and give you instructions.

Can you recommend any nice hiking trails in the area?

Yes, you can go hiking in our area. Feel free to use our digital concierge – Code2Order. Here you will find a variety of routes.

At what time can I move into my room?

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. Depending on availability, we are happy to offer you an early check-in from 1 p.m. We charge this at €40.00 per room.

By when do I have to leave the room upon departure?

We ask that you vacate the room by 11 a.m. on your departure day. You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception and use our spa area after your check out for €35.00 per person. We are also happy to offer you a late check-out until 1 p.m., depending on availability. We charge this at €40.00 per room.

Is it possible to bring our dog?

We are happy to offer you and your four-legged companion one of our comfortable dog rooms. We charge €25.00 per day for your animal companion.

What opening times does your restaurant have?

Our team will be happy to help you from 7:30 a.m. We offer our extensive breakfast selection from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. From 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. we will be happy to serve you delicacies from our small snack menu, as well as a selection of fine, homemade cakes. From 6:00 p.m. we serve you our award-winning 4-course gourmet menu.

Is there a map for this hotel?

Our porter will be happy to personally guide you through the facility. If you have any questions or requests, our employees will be happy to help you. Click here for the site plan.

At what times can we use the Spa & Fitness?

Our spa is available to you from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our fitness area and swimming pool are open for you from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The saunas are heated from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Where can we find towels during our stay?

In the closet of your room you will find our spa bag with sauna towel. There are also additional towels available for you in the swimming pool and sauna area.

Is the Neumühle Resort and SPA barrier-free?

No, the Neumühle Resort and SPA is not barrier-free. The hotel does not have any rooms or facilities specifically adapted for guests with reduced mobility and there is no elevator in the building. If you have any special needs or requirements, please contact us before booking to see how we can best help you.

What temperature is your swimming pool?

Our swimming pool is warmed up to 28°C for you.

Is there parking and does it cost anything?

Of course, we offer you free parking spaces directly at the hotel.

Is using the internet free of charge?

The use of the Internet is free of charge for you.

How far away are the nearest train stations?

The nearest train station is in Hammelburg (5 minutes by car), Bad Kissingen (23 minutes) and Gemünden (22 minutes). We also pick up our guests from Diebach free of charge!

Which payment options are possible?

All payment options except foreign currencies are possible.

Can I charge my electric car with you?

In our parking lot there is an e-charging station with 4 charging stations with a maximum charging capacity of 22kWh, which are in the public network.

Is it possible to leave luggage after check-out?

We are happy to store your suitcases at reception, but our cupboards in the wellness area also offer enough space.

Are the rooms quiet or is there traffic noise?

The Neumühle is located on a road with very little traffic, as it ends in the village after the next.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

The Neumühle only has non-smoking rooms. Smoking outside the rooms is of course permitted in designated areas.
