- Relaxation rooms: 09:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m
- SPA reception: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m
- Treatment times: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
If the SPA reception is not staffed, there is a telephone available that will connect you directly to the hotel reception. In midsummer we reserve the right to turn on the saunas later.
Please note that the sauna area is textile-free.

Treatment area & relaxation room
Out of consideration for all guests, we ask that you remain quiet throughout the entire treatment and relaxation area. Cell phones should be turned off and conversations should be kept quiet.
SPA changing rooms
You will find our changing rooms directly at the SPA reception and near the pool area. Take your bathrobe with you from your room, use the spa on the day of departure for 35 euros per person and then change in our changing rooms.
SPA area & swimming pool
The entire SPA area is intended for relaxation, which is why we ask you not to use your cell phone. We would also like to point out that smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted.
Use of all SPA facilities is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children.
Pets are not allowed throughout the SPA. Please do not enter the SPA with street shoes. Swimwear and showering before use are required in the swimming pool area.
Fresh towels are available for you in the sauna and in the relaxation area. We also ask you to note that our sauna area is a textile-free zone.
Fitness area upstairs
The fitness room is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access to the fitness room is only permitted for children under adult supervision. The use of the devices is at your own risk and no liability is assumed. Suitable sports shoes (not street shoes) must be used for the devices.
