About the Neumühle Resort & SPA
The Neumühle Resort & SPA is the only 5-star wellness hotel in Lower Franconia. Developed from a former mill on the Franconian Saale River, the resort in Wartmannsroth near Hammelburg—located between Würzburg and Fulda, on the edge of the Rhön Nature Park—combines historic half-timbered architecture with modern design, an art collection, and antique furniture. The property features 31 rooms and suites, including the Imperial Private SPA Suite with its own sauna and steam room, the over 1,000 m² Neumühle SPA with a sauna world, a heated indoor pool, and day spa services for day guests, as well as the Scheune restaurant, where Executive Chef Dirk Abel and Head Chef Michael Hübl combine regional ingredients with international influences. The resort has received numerous accolades, including the Booking.com Traveler Review Award and a listing in the RELAX Guide.
